Secondly, I don't know if you felt the same way but the first thing that hit me was how ephemeral and dated this logo feels. Like it's just part of some passing fad. I've only looked at it for 2 hours and I've already grown tired of it. I understand the need for a new logo as Montreal gets more and more recognition throughout the world but I can't help but feel that there were much more pressing issues at hand and that they could have made a much wiser investment with all that money... Secondly, I don’t know if you felt the same way but the first thing that hit me was how ephemeral and dated this logo feels. Like it’s just part of some passing fad. I’ve only looked at it for 2 hours and I’ve already grown tired of it.
